Return & Exchange Policy

1. Return & Exchange at Delivery

At Azyo, returns and exchanges are handled only at the time of delivery.

If you wish to return or exchange an item, it must be handed back to the courier before they leave.

After the courier leaves, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges.

 

2. Conditions for Returns & Exchanges 

To qualify, items must be:

• Unworn

• Unwashed

• In original condition

• With all Azyo tags attached

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

 

3. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and quality control, the following cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Items that have been worn or washed

• Items with perfume, deodorant, or makeup traces

• Damaged items due to misuse or improper washing (including bleach/Clorox)

• Sale and promotional items (unless defective upon delivery)

 

4. Wrong or Defective Item

If the courier delivers a wrong or damaged item:

• Please inform the courier immediately

• Our team will arrange a free replacement or exchange on the spot or at the next delivery slot

We’re committed to making things right quickly and efficiently.

 

5. Refunds

Refunds are issued only in specific cases:

• The item becomes unavailable or out of stock after placing the order

• A confirmed manufacturing defect that cannot be replaced

Refunds are processed within 3–7 business days, depending on your bank/payment method.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

 

6. Exchange Requests

Exchanges are available only at delivery, and depend on the availability of sizes and colors.

Our couriers and support team will do their best to assist you.


7. Washing & Care Policy

To keep your Azyo pieces looking fresh:

• Wash inside out

• Use cold water

• Use mild detergent

• No bleach / no Clorox

• Air dry only

We are not responsible for damage caused by improper washing.

8. Shipping & Delivery Policy
Shipping Information:

We deliver to all governorates across Egypt.

Delivery typically takes 3 to 7 business days (excluding weekends and official holidays).

Shipping fees are calculated and displayed clearly at the checkout page before you complete your purchase.

Our shipping partner will contact you to coordinate the delivery time; please ensure your phone is reachable to avoid delays.

At AZYO, we are committed to protecting your personal data. We only collect essential information (Name, Address, Phone Number, Email) to process your orders and communicate with you.

Your information is never shared with third parties, except for authorized shipping companies and secure payment gateways (Paymob) to complete your transaction.
